February 6, 2006
Volume 2, Number 3
What a January we have had when it comes to nice weather. From the looks of
things, by the time you get this letter, winter weather has kind of come back. I
am getting ready for our 3rd Annual Horseman’s Priority Clinic in Topeka and,
from the response, I think we are going to have a good turnout. It is great to
have Belinda Gail back to help us put this great event on.
You should have your Stallion Edition of the Checkerboard Corral by around the
end of this week or for sure next week. We have some tremendous events lined out
that are coming up. Make sure you attend our Dale Myler Clinics along with
Equine Nutrition held this Tuesday at Concordia, Kansas, Wednesday at
Harrisonville, & Thursday in Odessa, MO. Also, we are having a good turnout for
our Equestrian Academy meetings held at Peeper Ranch near Desoto, Kansas. If you
want the opportunity to see a Craig Cameron Clinic in February, he is going to
be in the area on Feb. 21, 22, & 23rd. He will be in Lansing, Kansas on the
21st, and you can also sign up and ride with him that day. Information for these
clinics along with others are on the following calendar section of this letter.
If you want to attend any of these, e-mail us back and we will get you the
information.
Many of you are receiving coupons to take the Omolene Challenge with Purina
Mills. This gives you an excellent opportunity to see what our feed can do for
you. You need to know that you can substitute any of our premium products for
Omolene if you want . . . those products being Strategy, Ultium, Equine Senior,
Equine Junior, and Race Ready.
We have a couple of new features being added to our Electronic Newsletter. You
can build yourself a Classified Ad and pay for it with PayPal®
and also we can feature your stallion or stallions through our new Stallion
Showcase. (Details on these new features are explained below.)
I look forward to seeing you at the upcoming HOW meetings. Don’t hesitate to get
in touch with me if I can be of help.
Happy Trails!
Ernie
