We would like to take this opportunity to remind you about Mid America Equine Sales remaining 2007 sales.

The Summer’s End Sale is scheduled for Friday, August 31st, 2007 and is being held in conjunction with the Tulsa Classic, home of the Ariat Futurity and the Slide Zone. We have over 200 performance bred horses consigned to this sale. As always, we have a select group of broke geldings for the Purina Select Gelding Session. We expect this to be one of our best sales ever! Our annual Mid America Equine Sales Reining Futurity will be held concurrently with the Ariat Futurity to be held August 31st & September 1st.

The 5th annual Fall Festival sale is slated for October 19th & 20th, 2007. We are taking 400 head for the Friday/Saturday sale and still have consignment spots available. We are offering two ways to sell your horse. If you choose to sell on Friday, the consignment fee will be $150 (with the exception of a 2 Year Old Futurity Prospect entry) and your horse will be listed on a ½ page in the catalog with abbreviated research. If you choose to sell on Saturday, the consignment fee will be $250 (with the exception of a 2 Year Old Futurity Prospect entry) and the horse will be listed on a full page in the catalog with a black type pedigree format. We will offer the Purina Select Gelding Session for both days as well. The aforementioned consignment fees will apply.

Friday, August 31 - Summer's End Sale - We are very excited that we are holding this one-day sale during the Ariat Tulsa Reining Classic. This horse show is a major National Reining Horse Association event and will draw contestants from all over the country to compete for over $175,000 in cash and prizes.

In addition to our sale session on Friday, this horse show will be the host for our 2007 Mid America Equine Sales Reining Futurity. Our futurity will be held concurrently with the Ariat Classic 3 year old futurity on Saturday, September 1, 2007. This show is created as an old fashioned, family entertainment and draws thousands of spectators Friday who come to watch the “Slide Zone”. The Slide Zone will feature freestyle reining, an open reining event and a “slide off” where the longest sliding stop earns money for the charity of the rider’s choice.

This sale will feature a full-page black type pedigree catalog, with a $250 consignment fee. We will be accepting 200 head for this sale. As usual we will be offering the Purina Select Gelding Session.

October 19-20 - 5th Annual Fall Festival Sale - Horses selling on Friday, the 19th will be charged a $150 consignment fee and will have a ½ page catalog entry. Horses selling on Saturday, the 20th will be charged a $250 consignment fee and will have a full-page black type catalog entry.

We will feature a Purina Select Gelding Session both days. We will be accepting a total of 400 head for the 2 day sale. The consignment deadline for this sale is August 27th, 2007.
