Equine Gastric Ulcer Syndrome
Years ago when a show horse became nervous or dropped in performance level, we
would think it was a mental issue. But research conducted on Equine
Gastric Ulcer Syndrome has revealed that many race horses and sport and show
horses develop gastric ulcers. To learn more about this condition and the
effect of transporting and training horses with EGUS, read this informative
article by Dr. Karen Davison, Manager of Equine Technical Services at Land
O'Lakes Purina Feed.

Saddle Pad Controversy
You may be aware of some saddle pad advertising from Professional's Choice
Sports Medicine Products and their claims regarding their saddle pads compared to
their competitors. Please take a moment to read the attached letter from Key Bray, president of Equibrand
which should give you some insight on this subject.
